Fall Festival

10/12/2024 | Bollinger Mill State Historic Site | Burfordville, MO

Join us to celebrate the fall season and the grand reopening of the mill! This event be held in conjunction with the historic site’s annual public meeting.

Event schedule:
  • 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – All four floors of the mill will be open for free self-guided tours and a mill scavenger hunt.
  • 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Antique tractors will be on display, and S&N Clock Repair will present clockwork demonstrations.
  • 11 a.m. – BBQ 2 to the Rescue will sell its award-winning barbecue while supplies last.
  • Noon to 1 p.m. – The site will have its annual public meeting in an open house format.
  • 1 p.m. – A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held for the reopening of the mill.
  • 2-4 p.m. – The Whitewater Bluegrass Band will play a free concert. Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair for seating.

This event is free and open to the public, and there is no need to register. All activities aside from the self-guided mill tours and the ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place in the day-use area.
